During this lunar eclipse, I want to share something with you:
A ritual.
It’s nothing big, nothing complicated.
It begins with you.
Why do we do this?
Because we deserve to be free.
Free in our dreams.
Free in our being.
How it's done:
Light a candle.
Write down everything you wish to let go of.
Fear. Doubt. Anything that no longer belongs to you.
Burn that piece of paper.
Imagine the ashes being carried away by the winds of the night.
